improve key.which and key.ctrl on unix

As of 19bdd1e key events are tested. Local Windows maschine tests are completed successfully (why doesn't appveyor?). Unix keys are matched up in the lookup table which are tested successfully too. This lookup table must be extended to match all tested keys, which are listed here.
