Autostart without authorization #5
Description
In some use cases (typically those without public access) it is convenient to start charging immediately upon plugging in, without requiring an authorization transaction. Most charging stations can be configured for this functionality. However, when in this "dumb" standalone mode, the charging station's operations may not be fully reported to or controllable by the central station.
To support load management in the "no-authorization" use case, we can configure the central station to automatically issue a Remote Start transaction when the vehicle is plugged in.
