[Question] Set up Fleet

Hello,
is it somehow possible to use the neo2 patch for the new ide fleet? It seems like there is only a big binary and no start script, so patching this is not possible. (At least for me). Do you know another solution?

Frankly I have no idea - regrettably, I also did not find the option that enables the level 4 in the IntelliJ based IDEs.
