Opening a note marks it as unread #10

I know this seems kind of obvious, but trying to read a note body marks it as unread, which might not actually be what you want. So we should probably add a flag to the call to let it get marked as unread if it was unread the first time right after
If that won't work we'll just want to make a note to dependents that they might want to do the same thing. This is an issue with https://github.com/cheeplusplus/fanotif-tg for example where it's pulling the message body to preview it and suddenly the note is unread
