The thankyou model was added for the IEEE presentation, but it just sits there once the world is started.

It would be cool to have more pre-made models and model plugins to go with them, which can be triggered with the keyboard for example.

As of ROSCon 2016:

• Added ResetModel plugin which resets the model on a keypress, so the thankyou for example can drop at each press
• Korean thank you
