Tray menu placeholders such as ${runwar.port} are not replaced in sub menus

PID shows up when I output it in a sub menu, but when I tried to move the open URL functions to sub menus, runwar tries to open this URL:

 http://${runwar.host}:${runwar.port}/CFIDE/administrator/enter.cfm`
```
which, of course, doesn't work and the browser never appears.
