feature request: bundle redis backend

Problem

OP stack uses kurtosis to run a devnet, however the setup script does not allow arbitrary docker images to be added to the configuration.

Solution

Extend the docker image from redis and bundle the service so that a single image can be used to simulate celestia client instead.
