Volunteer Onboarding -

Please note that there are 2 parts to the GitHub used for 360i eCRF & Define-xml Generation workgroup - the Repository and the Project. The Repo is public within cdisc-org and the Project is Private. Both can be located from the cdisc-org GitHub home page. https://github.com/cdisc-org

  As noted in the 09-APR-2026 team meeting this README was developed for Phase 1. It remains correct to the overall workgroup goals but requires updating to reflect evolution to Phase 2.
• Agendas and discussion that should be maintained longer than Slack - can be found under the Discussion tab in the repo - in particular, the discussion titled DDE Targets Three Timeframes shares our approach to address stakeholders needs at 3 different adoption timeframes - https://github.com/cdisc-org/data-definition-engine/discussions

• Roadmap - this is the easiest view to see which Issues are aligned to 3 Phase 2 milestones (EU Interchange, Summer Release, and US Interchange) - https://github.com/orgs/cdisc-org/projects/23/views/4
• Backlog - Shows the full list of issues/tasks. We welcome addition of issues to the backlog for any items that you see as needed. The standard process of review allows the team to review issues before moving them to the Ready category for assignment and progression so feel free to add to the backlog issue list. Additionally, feel free to look at the backlog for items that may be of interest and raise your hand to participate in those.
