As promised (catching up ...) I have generated a first draft of a document with lots of screenshots about how to install CORE, and explaining "first steps". I have uploaded it to SharePoint (is that the right place?) at:

As it is a Word document, you can either add comments to the document itself, or make a separate write-up.

I deliberately left out parts about "custom rules", as I think that is "advanced" and will probably need to go into a separate document.
On the other hand, people who are smart enough to develop such custom rules are probably also smart enough to use the existing documentation to use them with the engine or add them to the cache ...
