Docker or TUI version for headless linux

I love this tool. Unfortunately I can not currently use it on my headless linux box that has the heavy lifting encoder GPUs.
Thus, it would be handy to get a Docker version with a WebUI or VNC type setup or a TUI style version (for those SSH connections).
Or a way to run it headless bare metal with a webui to control it. Docker seems like the simplest method though and it would be easy to keep up to date.
