Application: Hide tournament summary card for Authority Dapps

📄 Context

Currently, the application summary page displays a summary of items such as epochs, outputs, etc. at the top. One of them is Tournaments. For dApps that use authority consensus, displaying this information makes no sense.

✔️ Solution

If the application's consensus is not PRT, it should not display the tournament summary.

📈 Subtasks

• For application with a consensus different from PRT, hide the tournament summary card.

🎯 Definition of Done

• Using an Application with Authority consensus, I can't see the tournament summary card.
