The plugin is great, but there’s one use case it doesn’t meet.

After running a command here, the prompt gets sent straight to pi. But if I want to send multiple selected snippets, or even images, to pi together, what I want is to send the selected text or buffer into pi’s input box so I can gather prompts multiple times before pi’s LLM answers the question... just like Cursor’s workflow. Is there a way to make this happen? I hope I’m not the only one who wants this.

Hmm, I definitely think there should be a configuration option or an additional command to paste the text into Pi's input box instead of sending it immediately. From a UX perspective, it should work just like when you paste large blocks of text or images into Pi—showing something like "[paste #1 +49 lines]" and "@/xx/xx/a.txt" in the input box, letting the user decide when to hit send. By the way, I found your plugin specifically because I had this need. I was originally planning to develop one myself, but yours is already very polished in every other aspect; it's just missing this one step. thinks

That's a great solution. Will try to work on that, or happy to accept PRs for that change. Should be quite simple to add a config option like auto_submit defaulting to true (current behaviour).
