Add Glasshaus Governance Token (GLSH) - without policy field

Policy field omitted due to time-lock expiration (slot 172952283 has passed).

The registry README states: 'The policy field is optional in order to support
Plutus Smart-Contracts which are not linked to a set of signing keys by default.'
