Add scripts to images for displaying installed versions

• As applicable add scripts to image builds that provide the following:
  • Arch Linux version
  • Maxima version
  • Common Lisp version (SBCL)
  • Java version
  • Clojure version
  • Go version
  • Jupyter
  • Python
  • the dark theme
  • LaTeX
• Add a meta-version script to each project that gets versions for all installed language kernels at one go
• Add a make target for each generated image that wraps a docker-exec call to run the new meta-version script
• Update the README with instructions on getting the installed versions out of the images
