Information:
Currently using the mod version 2.0.1 for minecraft forge 1.20.1.
The depot can indefinetly trade with villagers under the condition that it is during their working time (mid-day).
However as specified in the minecraft wiki villagers can only trade for a specific item a limited number of times, after that the trade gets disabled until the villager works on his choosen workstation (up to a maximum of 2 times per day).
Example:
If I have a Mason villager (using stonecutter) with the trade offer for 10 bricks for 1 emerald.
I can trade up to 16 times before it gets disabled. I can repeat this two more times that day after hearing the "working sound".
The trading floor however is capable of trading indefinetly, even if that trade is currently disabled for the villager
(As a bonus it does not add experience to the villager but that be unbalanced)
Desired behavior:
Trading floor should only be able to work for enabled trades and should disable the trade after reaching the limit.
This can be a configurable option so people who don't like this minecraft limit can just remove it or modify it (maybe a multiplier to allow larger trade amounts)
Reasoning:
I think it is to overpowered to allow limitless trades as this is meant to be used among create mod, as you will end up automating a lof of things and this kinda breaks the game very easily
