EVG section 6.3.2 on certificate validity period needs update or remove

Hi,

section 6.3.2 of EVG needs an update to reflect the new validity period of the certificates. It´s not wrong per-se, but it would be better a clarification or a complete removal of the section and just rely on the BRGs for subscriber certificates validity period.
