Add "C3 Reference" page #167
Description
It would be similar to https://cppreference.com/. The old docs were split up into two parts: guide, and reference. The new ones do not have the same highly descriptive language of a reference in all parts of the docs. So let's separate them again and add back some of the old "reference-style" pages.
