I noticed that Protenix-Mini-Templ is used as an evaluation model in the preprint, but I'm unable to locate any documentation for it on your GitHub or elsewhere. Is this configuration not publicly available?

The full PXDesign pipeline is released at https://protenix.github.io/pxdesign/ and the Protenix-Mini-Templ is integrated.
