Error establishing a database connection when connected through Cloudflare WARP

Im trying to use Cloudflare WARP as a way to download (ofc legal) torrents more safely, but btdig works only when connected without WARP. This is weirdly targeted as WARP connects to the same country as if I connect directly. What is this weird selective blocking?

Looks like btdig is running multiple geo-distributed instances, and only some of them are broken.
