Yup so the goal is to get their attention... Theres a reason why they use ipconnect.services as their host. Its quite clear.

To be clear: The DMCA complaint link is only applicable to the content of the BTDigg site itself.

Your content is not on BTDigg. BTDigg & similar crawlers, don't maintain any static list of links the way a site where people 'upload' would; if DHT crawlers are finding active torrents of your content, it's because those torrents of that content are already active enough to show up in a perusal of the global Distributed Hash Table. The crawler didn't create the torrent, nor make it public; it shows what torrents are already currently active... not as some static list, but continually like a report.

In other words, 'removing' a listing from BTDigg & other crawlers, would be a bit akin to having one part of yesterday's weather report blocked, while the same weather may keep happening today or tomorrow.

Any torrents found active by crawlers like BTDigg, were uploaded & listed on more traditional sites that host static listings (usually somewhere well-known enough to garner a non-transient number of peers...) without BTDigg's involvement in that.

If your content exists on the DHT, it will continue to come up in crawls; & BTDigg doesn't add anything to the DHT, nor host its contents.

All BTDigg can do is tell you whether it's currently out there.

Torrents don't become (or stay) active just because of transient activity listings; those torrents are being permanently listed somewhere on some traditional website (or shared on Facebook groups as hashes, etc); those are the sites you would need to file a DMCA complaint to.
