Talos tagging available to all seqr project

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be useful to import Talos tags (formerly AIP) into additional projects in seqr. This includes the GREGoR_multisite_WGS project, and a project currently underway with BCH (which would involve making the changes available externally so they could incorporate them into their seqr instance).

Describe the solution you'd like
The current AIP import process to be extended, and updated with a few changes:

• Change name from AIP to Talos
• Allow for changes to the categories header, since Talos users can rename or add new categories. Or, update to latest list of categories (below).

To be clear, this feature request will have no impact on the ability for BCH to load AIP results to their own instance of seqr. If BCH is not able to use the AIP integration as it currently exists this change will not help them and I would need a separate ticket from their team explaining why they can not use it and what their proposed fix is. Please advise if this impacts the priority of this ticket

Okay, thanks for explaining. BCH hasn't attempted to add these annotations yet, so they may work already. I wanted to mention it in case the engineering work required to extend to more datasets within seqr overlapped with what would be needed for BCH to use the feature.

Kaileigh, thanks for the detailed ticket. Talos results would be valuable to have in seqr, though implementing these changes would require a fair amount of work (we're currently very busy with backend updates). Reanalysis is a priority on our 2025 roadmap. When we connect next week, let's discuss how to best support Talos results in seqr, and also review how to share your outputs with teams until we have the bandwidth for a larger update.
