Same codon variant lookup

Would be useful to identify variants in the same codon across cases in seqr.

Add ability to look up cases in seqr for variants in the same codon.

Need to look into ways of doing this.

For now, limit to SNVs in the same codon (or +/- 2bp)

Add a link on a variant like lookup nearby variants. This would return variant +/- 2bp, and other parameters that the GeneSearch function uses. Returns all projects in the genome build that the user has access to.
