No info about how to run docker compose from depmap-portal and links outdated to get the tokens and config parametes #453
Description
I tried to run this docker compose to have a depmap-portal running locally, but the documentation is outdated and links broken (https://github.com/broadinstitute/depmap-portal/tree/master/portal-backend) . I am working on make it run, do i need to request any special permission to pull specifc images or generate specific tokens to make this docker compose work? I understand it is the most up to date to run locally depmap portal?
