What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Take your water based pet of choice to your nearest body of water.
- Ride said pet and proceed to enter water.
- Pet will proceed to travel at 'on land' speed :(
What were you expecting to happen? What happened instead?
Speedy water pets in water. Slow water pets in water.

Additional information? (Did it work in previous versions? etc.)
Feature Request - Similar to the already existing pet speed settings, enabling a seperate modfier to allow an independent 'in water' speed setting would be beneficial. This would allow riding a Dolphin, Turtle, Fish or any other water mob to actually be more useful to use for travel. At the moment, water mobs are no different to traveling on water on a Cow. Thanks
