Select set of bundles to use for evaluation #27
Description
Select a subset of bundles from tractseg to use for registration evaluation.
First proposal (using TractSeg abbreviations):
- hemisphere connectors: CC, CA
- frontal-parietal connectors: SLF (I, II, and III)
- temporal-other connectors: MLF, AF
- connectors of limbic cortices: CG, UF
Second proposal thanks to Martin:
- hemisphere connectors: CC
- inferior region connectos: ILF
- temporal-other connectors: AF
- connectors of limbic cortices: CG, UF
- also: FX
We can start with this proposal and we can add together tract density images over this set of bundles to see how much of the white matter space they cover. Then we can try to add bundles to fill any bad gaps we find. This approach requires #26 to be done.
