Tried using Soda/Caffe/Syswine/Proton-GE

It also is not working for me. I am going to look into it. I have not checked this issue tracker for a long time. Feel free to ping me in the official eve discord @lostcoastwizard . Pretty sure I know what the issue is. I will push a fix this week.

Please use the Kron4ek-wine-10.8-amd binary.

If you experience issues in future versions, try downgrading or swapping patch sets from the Kron4ek distributor.
