Update psycopg2 for newer version

Hi,
The version of psycopg2 in the requirement of prod is no more compatible with newer version of python. Could you modify the tuto to indicate to install new version of psycopg2. I am currently trying to work with the 9.5.5 version of psycopg2 and the install worked i'll see if it's keep running without issues in the future
