[Bug]: Picture-inPicture is offered on other cameras's stream in History view (Chromium)

Describe the problem you are having

Small bug, low priority, only Chromium based.
When reviewing the history page of a camera, if you select any time in the timeline, suddenly PiP is offered by the browser on the camera feed links (the feeds that show at the bottom or sidebar, where they show the video of those cameras at the same time as the one selected in the timeline).

Its small, but smoetimes I click the button instead of the video feed, so instead of going to that camera at the time, it separates the video in the PiP fashion.

I modified the html and indeed by adding disablePictureInPicture="true" to the video tag it stops offering PiP.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a camera's live feed
2. Select History button, notice PiP is not offered
3. Select any time in the timeline, now PiP is offered on the small video feeds
