Describe the problem you are having

I'm trying to setup recording on a new Frigate install, and the configuration editor is erroring out on my record section.

I'm using the "Reduced storage: Only saving video when motion is detected" example from https://docs.frigate.video/configuration/recor

Specifically, the error message is:

You're running a development build of Frigate, support is not provided for this. If you are not comfortable reading the source code / PRs to understand config changes then it is recommended to wait until the beta to try out 0.17.
