Usually this inconsistent behavior is a result of the camera settings. See the recommendations in the official documentation: https://docs.frigate.video/configuration/live#camera-settings-recommendations |

Describe the problem you are having
Hi, I am currently trying to migrate from 0.15 to 0.16, but I have some issues that I cannot resolve.
In my main setup, I have 6 cameras, some are 4k and some are 2k. 5 cameras are connected using ethernet and one camera is using wifi. All of them are Reolink cameras.
This setup works pretty well with frigate 0.15. The main page loads smoothly and nagigate to a camera's page is fluid and without issues.
To simplify things, I am testing with a new instance of Frigate running one camera.
In Frigate 0.16, If I navigate to the camera once Frigate has started, I can view the stream in high quality without issues. The third or fourth time, Frigate shows a message: "Live view is in low-bandwidth mode due to buffering or stream errors." and clicking "Reset stream" button fixes the view.

Restarting Frigate fixes the camera view temporarily. After three or four times, the "low bandwidth message" starts to appear again.

Restarting Frigate fixes the issue, so it seems something is not closed properly, or at least not closed as Reolink expects.
This issue does not occur in Frigate 0.15. I can switch back and forth between camera views as many times as I want without any problems.
