Checklist

I have updated to the latest available Frigate version.
I have cleared the cache of my browser.
I have tried a different browser to see if it is related to my browser.
I have tried reproducing the issue in incognito mode to rule out problems with any third party extensions or plugins I have installed.

Describe the problem you are having

I needed to update my config.yml file in /addon_configs/ to be frigate.yml for it to properly reference. Otherwise, it would just create a new frigate.yml file to reference.

Steps to reproduce

Updated from 0.15.2 to 0.16.0.
Config.yml was not properly referenced by frigate.
Tested and confirmed it was referencing /addon_configs/.../frigate.yml

Based on the logs and documentation, this appears to be expected behavior in Frigate 0.16.0. The Home Assistant Add-on now uses a dedicated config directory structure where the config file is named config.yaml instead of frigate.yaml(1).

The migration process automatically moves your existing configuration and database from the Home Assistant /config directory to the add-on's dedicated config directory(1). After this migration, Frigate will look for config.yaml in the new location.

If you need to manually edit the configuration file, you can find it at /addon_configs/<addon_directory>/config.yaml where <addon_directory> corresponds to your specific add-on variant(2). You can also use the built-in configuration editor in Frigate's UI which supports validation(2).
