Describe the problem you are having

Refreshing the "Settings" page (ie http://<frigate_ip>:5000/settings) un-selects all cameras, so the user is then presented with a black screen for "Mask Zones", "Motion Tuner", and "Debug" until they select a camera.

Steps to reproduce

Browse to settings page - http://<frigate_ip>:5000/settings
Select Mask/Zones, Motion Tuner, or Debug links
By default the first camera in alphabetical order is automatically selected
Refresh the browser
User is brought back to the "General" tab
Now user again selects Mask/Zones, Motion Tuner, or Debug links
User is presented with a black screen and spinning circle as all cameras have been un-selected

Thanks for the report. There is a small race condition that prevents the automatic camera selection from occurring on a reload.

I have a PR up that should fix the issue. #11812
