[Config Support]: "Dummy" input (injected frame) not working

I'm trying to replicate configuration proposed in issue #1911 @tbrausch that was good in 0.12, but in version 0.13.2-6476f8a ffmpeg does not accept it

What is the native size and fps of the black.mp4 video?

Try commenting out your hwaccel_args.

The ffmpeg error likely has something to do with the detect width and height you're setting and the arguments to ffmpeg that the presets use.
