Adding semantic type/curie information to NodeNorm ES

NodeNorm Redis has two endpoints that provide some information about what it contains:

• https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org/get_semantic_types returns a list of every Biolink type it contains.
• https://nodenormalization-sri.renci.org/get_curie_prefixes returns counts for CURIE prefixes within each Biolink type.

Would it be possible to produce these outputs from NodeNorm ES? If not, we can point people to the Babel reports instead (i.e. https://stars.renci.org/var/babel_outputs/2025sep1/reports/, in particular the compendia report and the prefix report), but it would be nice to have this to verify that all the data has been correctly loaded.
