can remove `list_filter` support

I've converted all operations that used list_filter to use jmespath instead. biothings/biothings_explorer#733. So we can remove list_filter support from any BioThings APIs that have it.

I know Chunlei asked about this in March 2024, so sorry for the wait >.<.
