Changes to build page

Since these changes are very small, I'm going to stick them in one issue:

1. Changed "Deployed" to "Completed" in the status widget
2. When you try to build an app that's already building, the link that's presented in the "Check in on it here" box is not correct (it points to /repo/<org>/<repo> instead of /repo/<org>/<repo>/status)
