504 Gateway Time-out error when importing videos from remote location

Hi,
I’m trying to create a volume by importing videos (*.mp4) from a remote location, but I’m getting a “504 Gateway Time-out” error.
The same error occurs even when I try to import a single 10-minute video.
This issue appears in both Chrome and Firefox.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve it?

This sounds like a slow internet connection between your remote location and the BIIGLE servers. I would need one of the URLs to test this. You can write to info@biigle.de to continue this discussion, so you don't have to publish your URLs here.
