Task
Create a facilitator on Ethereum that will Mint GHO and Seed a remoteGSM contract on Plasma. Transferring the GHO to Plasma will utilise adapters to support moving GHO between networks. The Minting, bridging and supplying GHO into the remoteGSM is to be performed via Aave's governance. In the future, the Gho Steward admin role may be granted the ability to Mint and Bridge GHO, however this is not a focus of the initial deployment.
