[Bug]: TableCard corner overflow on hover

Bug Description

I noticed a small visual bug in the TableCard component where the header has a hover state which produces some corner overflow. The hover state should be removed as clicking doesn't do anything.

Steps to Reproduce

Should be present on any deployment or local dev

Expected Behavior

TableCard's header has no hover state.

Actual Behavior

TableCard's header has a hover state causing overflow.
