How to distiguish the more actionable reframing in the dataset.

Dear authors,

This is wonderful work, facilitating research in the domain of mental disorders! I am inspired by this work, and plan to do some work based on this dataset. And I have one question: how can I distinguish the more actionable reframing in the dataset, since there are two reframed sentences for each thought.
