Submitted SH platform renewal apps go to 'Full Examination' status instead of 'Provisional Examination' (host renewal apps). In the previous version of the dashboard, the only way to extend the expiry date for SH platforms was to approve from the renewal application details page. The new dashboard doesn't allow us to action from an application page if a registration exists.

Please temporarily roll back the changes made in https://app.zenhub.com/workspaces/strr-65b2a7146835aa0cdf315b79/issues/gh/bcgov/strr/1436. to allow examiners to approve strata hotel renewals.
there are 2 options for this:
- Roll back the ticket fully
- Roll back the ticket only for strata hotels
Mike will talk to the examiner team on Monday to decide which is the best option.
It will also be determined next week how long we want this roll back to exist in production.
I spoke with Dima this afternoon and we agreed this was the best quick fix until a longer-term fix is determined.
