Cucumber 7 support

Hi, Is Parallel_cucumber supports cucumber v7? especially the ~tags(not tags) are not working.

Hi, we haven't looked into cucumber v7 yet and it is not tested.

I just saw cucumber updated not @tag on v3, do you know the syntax to pass the --test-options -o I'm passing like this -o '-t not @wip' is not working..
