Add identifier EXCLUDE configuration option for parsers #79
Description
We want to bounce certain types of XML responses from the system entirely - we don't want to store actual numeric data as triples.
Add an option to provide some set of protocols (or some Identity combination) to bounce from the parser or from {whatever the pipeline code is}.
