Document Migrated Transit Frontend Structure

While our knowledge of the updated frontend architecture is still fresh, we should document how we use the transit analysis files and how the knew frontend is setup following the Taui migration. This could be a followup document to the state management migration ADR and we should reference this new updated documentation in the resulting ADR.
