Don't let users dismiss the profile wizard modal

When a new user fills out their profile for the first time, they can click outside the modal (on purpose or by accident, I did the latter) to dismiss the wizard. You can bring it back up, so it's not a high priority issue, but I'd suggest we make the wizard mandatory when a user doesn't have a profile yet.
