Some navbar items not visible in hamburger menu (mobile view)

Description:

• In desktop view, all navbar items are visible (Home, CareerCrack, MoodMirror, SmartNotes, ScholarshipScout, VoiceFeedback, ResourceVault).
• But in mobile (hamburger menu) view, some items like ResourceVault and login avatar/logo are not visible.

Additionally, when scrolling in mobile view with the hamburger menu open, the entire page scrolls instead of the menu itself, which affects usability.

Expected Behavior:

• All navbar items shown in desktop view should also be visible in the hamburger menu on mobile view.
• When the hamburger menu is open, scrolling should be limited to the menu content only, and not the page behind it.
