Android - While rendering video sometimes getting Black screen issue - any callback to detect black screen ?

After integrating Android chime sdk and started using it for video call, i obsevered sometimes even with just 2 participants video tile is getting black screen issue while rendering.

So i understand due to mobile device's network and other constraints video streaming might get affected . but i wonder is there any callback to detect black screen issue? so that i can put some place holder for the video tile until it get resume

Plz let me know is there any callback or is there any way to detect black screen issue?
