Retail Demo Store asset URLs

The public buckets for the Retail Demo Store project are now private. There are a few places in this repo that depend on the public bucket retail-demo-store-us-east-1.

The images are only accessible as a compressed tar file. Individual images cannot be access directly via the https URL.
