Allow passing additional mounts to fluent bit daemonset

Hi,

I was looking to have FluentBit export Cilium Hubble logs, which by default would be located somewhere under /var/run/cilium on the host (e.g. /var/run/cilium/hubble, but the chart does not seem to expose a way to do that.
