Rewrite the engine using ECMAScript 6 features

We should try to port most coffee-script code to ECMAScript 6

For the master we will stick to default features enabled in io.js, but we can try new features in a develop branch

Classes
ES6 classes are a simple sugar over the prototype-based OO pattern. Having a single convenient declarative form makes class patterns easier to use, and encourages interoperability. Classes support prototype-based inheritance, super calls, instance and static methods and constructors.

Also we should use the babelify gulp plugin with browserify for the build

however that would only be used for web assets

for the node code there is no need to use babel since the server will run on io.js
